The Tigers' first game of 2010 produced a creditable draw against Stotfold 2-2. A game which saw both sides miss a host of chances. The first fell to Tigers' Craig Parker on 8min a good move involving Liam Nimmo to Pete Sutton whose cross to him was put wide, looking harder to miss than score. Stotfold then had a couple of chances - Stuart Lochead's shot saved by James Doughty and Ryan Aldrin shot wide. For the Tigers on 19mins Pete Suttons cross to Liam Nimmo saw his header saved by Brad Gillham. Stotfold took the lead on 23mins through Ryan Aldrin, then Stuart Lochead missed a good chance to make it 2-0 shooting wide. The Tigers equalised on 27mins Alex Beck found Liam Nimmo to score. Alex Beck then shot wide. Stotfold made it 2-1 on 37mins through Leon Gutzmore and 5mins later it could have been 3-1 but Jamie Osbourne shot wide. The first 10mins of the second half saw both sides have a couple of chances each, a Beck shot blocked and Nimmo is through but put his shot wide. Holbeach equalised on 69mins Alex Beck again the provider to Liam Nimmo to score his second goal. The last 5mins saw Pete Sutton and Liam Nimmo have shots saved.
