Position at Club   Director of Football/Co-Manager

As Director of Football/Co-Manager I have set my sights on making my hometown club a very successful club, not only in winning trophies but also producing raw talent through our highly acclaimed youth set-up, something everyone at Holbeach are proud of.

We have now got our off the field business in full flow and it continues to strengthen each day.  We now feel it is time the team repaid all the hard work - much done by volunteers - by producing a side on the field that will bring us success. It may not be instant and we hope everyone is patient   because the last thing  we want to do— so many clubs have done, - is put success before the best  interests of the club and we as a committee and club will not let that  happen, only when we feel the time is right shall we take another step forward.

In appointing Dick Creasey as Co-Manager we, as a club, felt this was a    major step in the right direction. Dick and I have worked together in the past and we hope to repeat that success— and the signing of key players in a very busy summer period we hope is the start of that success.

I would like to thank all our sponsors for helping the club and long may we continue to be a very friendly club with the youth being a major player in all the club achieves. We hope to entertain you  during this season and that all the hard work that goes into running a non league side is rewarded.
